In-stock Merchandise
Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Express shipping before 1:00pm ET will be shipped the next business day. Engraved items require an extra 10-14 day processing time and will ship ASAP.
Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address and will be delivered by UPS.
Carriers
Ashley's uses 2 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time: United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking will be available on each order placed.
International shipping rates are determined after online checkout and are calculated based on a number of factors listed; Desired shipping level (standard/express), Merchandise Purchased, Weight of item, Destination location/region.
